I just got my 4th Hearts win for the year today, and it was a milestone event! Not only is this my second win this week, but I managed to run hearts (a.k.a. shoot the moon) completely unintentionally! There were only 4 of us playing today, so it was just single deck. One hand, hearts weren't broken until there were only 3 tricks left, and I managed to take the one that they were broken on. In my hand I had high cards left, so I played them out, and got all the hearts! Before that I was already the low person, so that pretty much sealed the deal. I'm still way behind in the annual standings of course, but it's still nice to have a fun win every now and then. :-)
