Success!

Bill just called, and he is now EPA certified!  Yay, I'm so proud of him!! :-D

The test has 4 sections: Core, 1, 2, and 3.  He only needed to pass Core and section 2 for his job, but he passed those and section 1 also!  His boss is already going to give him practice tonight, on his mom's heat pump ironically.
