As of today, we are guaranteed to lose at least $20,000 on our Toledo house. I just checked the listing, and the paperwork went through... our new asking price is $109,000. Sigh.

Too bad that other house did not already sell for that price, then you could have kept your price at $114,900.
But it it's not moving at $109,900 that does not bode well. Hope your lease-to-own deal works out as a respectable price.
